Please fill the below form and submit by email to wd_org@geoserv.kankyo.tohoku.ac.jp
Oral presenters, Please prepare Microsoft Power Point file, and copy your file to our PC after reception of first day. We can accept CD-R and USB flash drive etc. . The gathered files are used for a bulletin report or your presentation by our PC.
You can choose using our PC or your own PC in your presentation. If you want to use your own PC, It is available in your presentation.
Presentation-Poster
Short oral introduction by poster presenters will not be conducted.
Poster Size
Our prepared vertical poster board size is 2100mm(H) x 900mm(W). Therefore, Your poster paper size of 1000 – 1500mm(H) x 750 – 850mm(W) is appropriate. e.g. A0 paper size is 1189mm(H) x 841mm(W)
